What do people constantly ask you for help with?
Example: One of my clients, a project manager, was frequently asked how she managed remote teams so effectively. She turned that "obvious " skill into a $ 5,000 group coaching program, teaching other managers her frameworks.
The million-dollar insight: Your "obvious " is someone else's impossible.
