Your Readers are Telling You What They Want, But You're Not Listening

Too many creators wait for permission to start selling. Here's the step-by-step process I use to design offers that feel valuable, not pushy, and work even with a small audience.

Yesterday, I was going through my activity feed and DMs, as I do every day, and I noticed something odd.

Three different people had asked me virtually the same question in the past week:

"I love your content, but I'm struggling to figure out what I should sell to my audience."

"How do you know what offers your readers want before you create them?"

"I have great engagement but no revenue—what am I missing?"

Here were three creators, all dealing with the same problem, practically handing me my next offer idea. But six months ago, I would have missed this signal entirely.

I would have read those messages, given some quick advice, and moved on. I wouldn't have recognized that my readers were telling me exactly what they wanted to buy.

How many creators are sitting on reader feedback like this without realizing what they have?
