I Finally Built the Tool I Wish I'd Had 3 Years Ago
After working with dozens of newsletter creators, I consistently saw the same problem recurring. So I did something about it.
Three years ago, I was where others in my 9-To-Thrive community are right now.
I had the knowledge people wanted and was getting results for clients, but I was completely clueless about what to build to turn that into real money.
I tried everything. A mini-course that flopped. A membership that never took off. One-off coaching calls that felt exhausting. I was building whatever seemed like a good idea at the time.
Sound familiar?
The Pattern I See Everywhere
Almost every creator I work with has the same story:
"I have this course, but it's not really selling."
“Should I try coaching? Everyone says I should do coaching."
"I'm making some money but I feel like there's something missing."
The problem isn't that you don't know how to help people. The problem is you're building individual offers instead of designing a complete system. You need a full offer stack that makes sense and takes people logically from one step to the next.
Earlier this year, I worked with Mina (newsletter about productivity for working moms). She had a $27 planner, generating around three sales a month, and a $297 course that sold barely at all.
The issue was obvious. She was asking people to buy a course before they even knew if they liked her approach. No free stuff. No trust-building sequence.
We redesigned her whole approach: Free productivity challenge → Email series → $97 mini-course → Monthly group coaching.
She's now consistently hitting $3K months. Same person. Same expertise. Different strategy.
And it all started with getting her offer stack right.
For two years, I've been conducting strategy sessions to help creators design their comprehensive offer ecosystem, but I could only work with so many people one-on-one.
Thousands of creators know how to build amazing businesses. They just need someone to help them see how to structure their offers.
So I built the $100k Offer Stack Builder.
It asks the same questions I ask in strategy sessions, analyzes your situation in the same way I do, and provides the same type of roadmap I'd create for you.
What It Does
You answer questions about where you are right now, including audience size, current revenue, available time, expertise level, and how you like to interact with people.
Then it designs your personalized strategy based on your situation.
Perhaps you should begin with a lead magnet and an email course to establish trust. Or, maybe you're ready to jump straight to high-ticket consulting. Alternatively, it’s possible to build a paid community first to generate recurring revenue and then add masterclasses and group coaching.
Your recommendation will provide a clear blueprint for what to build, in what order, along with realistic timelines and revenue expectations.
Try It and Tell Me What You Get
I've tested this with a handful of creators. The feedback has been incredible. People keep telling me it nailed exactly what they needed to focus on next.

Here's What I Really Want You to Know
You probably already have everything you need to build a great business. The knowledge, the skills, the personality - it's all there.
What most creators are missing isn't more tactics. It's a clear strategy for how all their offers work together.
Stop building random things and hoping they work. It’s time to clarify your strategy first and build an offer ladder that works together.

Please share your feedback with me in our chat.
If enough people use this, I might do a deep dive on each framework. Take the 30-second survey and let me know what you’re most curious about?
Congratulations on the launch! Love the personalized quiz format.
And yes to more deep dives into each type of offer! I am curious about the template library
